Returns and Exchanges

 

You have 14 days to request a refund/exchange  

 

Please follow the below steps to request a refund:

  • Email hello@oceanroseofficial.com and ensure you include your order number and reason for return 
  • The item(s) must be posted back to us within days of us confirming your return request 
  • Please ensure your order number has been included in the package on a note, we will not know who the package is from without this 
  • Ensure the item(s) being refunded have not been worn or damaged and are still in the original packaging 

 

Important information:  

 

    • If returning your item, you will be required to pay for the postage 
    • You will not be refunded for the original postage of your item(s) 
    • We will not accept items that show signs of wear 
    • Ideally we would recommend using a tracked service when sending any items back 
    • Refunds can take up to 3 working days to be issued once we have received the item(s) back 
    • If you had free shipping due to a discount or offer and you wish to request a refund we may deduct the postal charge from your refund 
    • If you are from outside of the EU and wish to return an items then you will need to put on the customs declaration form that is a return of unwanted goods. 
    • If we receive any custom duties charges from you returning your item we withhold the right to deduct that from your refund 

     

    Exchanging your item(s) 

    • Email hello@oceanroseofficial.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange it for 
    • We can only exchange an item of the same value i.e. a different size or colour 
    • Please ensure the item you wish to exchange is unworn and in the original packaging 
    • We may require you to pay extra postage if it is international shipping
